All services for Litedra require a 50% deposit. When your request is made your 50% deposit will be required. All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits will be transferable within 30 days of initial appointment.

Appointment Cancellations

We require 48 HOURS notice of cancellation. No Exceptions. If you do not cancel within 48 hours of your appointment your deposit will be forfieted. A new deposit will be required to request a new appointment. If you do not cancel within 24 hours of your appointment and do not arrive to your appointment, you are considered a No Show.

No Shows

Non-cancellation or “no-shows” will be charged 100% of the service booked.

Late Arrival

It’s understood life happens. If for any reason you’re expecting to be 10 minutes or more late please call 850-436-8866. Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting every other guest scheduled that day. We cannot guarantee that your service will be performed that day. You may have to be rescheduled.


Seating in our reception area is limited, therefore, we ask that you not bring company with you to your appointments.

Child Services

At this time we are not taking any new clients under the age of 10 years old. If you book a service for anyone under the age of 10, we will not service them and you will be charged.

COVID-19 Guidelines

  • Wash hands immediately upon entering salon
  • Disposible mask will be provided and worn during your visit
  • No additional guest
  • Please limit the items you bring into salon purse/bags etc.
