We value our guests time and ask our guests to extend the same courtesy. All appointments are booked online. A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations, however your card will not be charged at that time.
All services will require a 50% deposit. When your request is made, a invoice will be sent out. Once the deposit is made you will be accepted for the service. All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits will be transferable within 15 days of initial appointment.
NEW CLIENT APPOINTMENT

We require 24 HOURS notice of cancellation. No Exceptions. If you do not cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you are responsible for 75% of the service fee before you can reschedule, this fee must be paid.
Non-cancellation or “no-shows” will be charged 100% of the service booked.
It’s understood life happens. If for any reason you’re expecting to be 10 minutes or more late please call 850-436-8866. Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting every other guest scheduled that day. We cannot guarantee that your service will be performed that day. You may have to be rescheduled.
Seating in our reception area is limited, therefore, we ask that you not bring company with you to your appointments.
At this time we are not taking any new clients under the age of 10 years old. If you book a service for anyone under the age of 10, we will not service them and you will be charged.
